Refund policy

Most orders are shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. Xavian speakers or Triode Lab amps) require 30 to 60 days fulfilment time, unless in stock. Please call or email Stereo Untypical with any questions or concerns prior to ordering.

 

Returns 
Our return policy is for the first 30 days since your purchase: after this timeframe we do not offer any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When we have special ordered the item in for you (very common), a return may be subject to a restocking fee, up to 15%.

Items with moving parts - phono cartridge, replacement stylus, tonearms, turntables - are only be eligible for return if they are unopened (box still sealed). Same for headphones.

Sale and clearout items may be subject to an "all sales final" provision, please ask us when you purchase the item.
