Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. Xavian or Triode Lab amps) require 30 to 60 days fulfilment time, sometimes longer. Please call or email Stereo Untypical before ordering, for confirmation.

Stereo Untypical is based near Toronto, Canada, and we can ship to most regions. However, in some cases, our vendor agreements prohibit us from selling new items to buyers in other countries. We encourage customers to work with their local hi-fi dealer whenever possible. In most cases, buying from Stereo Untypical is a simple and cost effective option. Stereo Untypical partners with Canada Post, DHL, and other partners. We utilize tracked postal services for most orders. Regular orders normally ship in 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by email. In some cases your order may be shipped directly from our distributors, via courier - we will still follow up and track it for you.
