XAVIAN Melos Center Channel Loudspeaker
The center channel is very literally the center of the multichannel experience. It's both one of the most important and most underestimated parts of any home theater system. XAVIAN decided to build a no-compromise solution based on the experience and technologies used in construction of the Orfeo monitor. They designed the parts, drivers, construction, materials and shapes to meet their vision of flawless reproduction. Melos' enclosure is made only from selected Italian oak or maple: no artificial materials. The wood has to be aged for three weeks prior to milling and finishing. The crossover is composed of the best parts available in the world - chosen mainly by their influence on the quality of the music signal. Crossover network uses our original "Phase Zero" system for perfect phase coherent response.
Melos is the new true reference center channel from XAVIAN, and with its exceptional musicality and very wide bandwidth, two Melos could also be used vertically, as a D'Appolito stereo pair. Photos shown are the premium Marina finish. Dark oak, piano white and piano black are also available. XAVIAN speakers are made to order, delivery is normally 30 to 60 days from time of order.
