Please note that Corallo Esclusivo has been discontinued. As of our last update there was a single pair left in Prague, in Matte Black. Please contact us if interested.

Stands are still available as they are the same as the Ambra and Premio.

Corallo Esclusivo is a version of the Ambra Esclusiva in a more compact form, thanks to the sealed enclosure concept. The audiophile concept fits perfectly in smaller spaces and atypical positions: near walls, in bookshelves and other situations where bass reflex might be causing problems. The handmade cabinets are available in six luxurious finishes and made of solid oak wood in a "massive" construction, with excellent rigidity. The organic cabinet shapes fit easily into any interior.

Corallo Esclusivo is fitted exclusively with AudioBarletta drivers that are designed and manufactured by us in Italy for use in this model. Sophisticated crossovers with drivers connected in series, thanks to our Phase Zero topology, using premium components from Jantzen and Mundorf and ensuring precise phasing of both drivers for perfect coherence and focused listening.

We preserved the aesthetic and sophisticated refinement of the Ambra Esclusiva, but moved the sound closer to the ideal of audiophile purity, where Corallo Esclusivo blends precise reproduction with musical richness. The optional Premio/Ambra/Corallo Esclusivo stands may be used for a perfect coupling.

The Lowdown: We consider the Corallo Esclusivo in some ways to be the bargain in the XAVIAN Natura line - it uses the componentry of the more costly Ambra Esclusiva, but is priced much closer to the smaller Perla Esclusiva. Though it won’t quite achieve the output levels or dynamics of the Ambra, the sealed box Corallo has a tonal purity that is highly compelling, especially with small ensemble and vocal music. Corallo Esclusivo is especially recommended for those with small and medium sized rooms, and difficult placements. But it acquits itself well in bigger spaces also.

Sit Back and Listen

I hesitate posting reviews
b/c I'm unsure what I have to say is particularly informed. I'm not an audiophile, I just know what I like. Because of Noam's approach to customer service, as in he has some :) , I had the opportunity to audition the Corallo's at his listening room. It's hard to explain their sound because when I listen to them, my anatlytical brain turns off... and I just listen and enjoy the music. The Corallo's have a way of drawing you in and engaging you, it is easy to listen for hours. They are a speaker that grow on you, they won't knock you in the head with a big kapow factor initially, it's more like a slow seduction. I have come to accept that most speakers cannot be all things to all music tastes, so I have a few different types of speakers to accomodate this reality. The Corallo's are a fairly versatile/forgiving speaker when it comes to playing various music genres, but they definitely shine when it comes to folk, acoustic guitar, piano, any music that emphasizes instrumentation and voice. For those that require more bass they integrate well with subs, something I never thought I'd try but if done subtley, the Corallo's are amendable to this. They also work well with tube and solid state components, their natural sound comes through on both accounts. It must be said these are also a beautiful set of speakers, the quality put into all aspects of this speaker is apparent. Some speakers in my line up may come and go, but the Corallo' s are here to stay.

Adjust your expectations

I had never heard of the XAVIAN brand before. After reading the available reviews before ultimately deciding to purchase the Corallos, I can report they are every bit as good as the reviews suggest. I had good speakers and have listened to better systems than mine, but I have not heard speakers like these before. They are not the most dynamic or detailed speakers I have heard - they are, however, the most natural sounding and musical ones. They are astonishing in their ability to relay the difference in volume levels throughout musical passages. I was not previously aware of so many different instrumental timbres in the music I have enjoyed for years. Different percussion instruments, acoustic guitar and piano hammer falls are just "right." There is a natural clarity of presentation that is difficult to describe, especially with vocals. These speakers never feel pushed or strained - like they are doing exactly what they were designed to do. Feeding them with a high-power vintage amp and analog pre-amp, the Corallos literally do sing. Bass tones and colours flow from these speakers, but everything is well-arranged and controlled. It took me a couple of weeks to really appreciate what is on offer here, but now I understand. And I haven't even mentioned how gorgeous they look and how incredibly well they are made. None of this would have happened without Noam's unique approach to customer service. Great people make for great experiences. Thank you, good sir.

Oops They Did it Again

Yes Xavian has created a sweet spot loudspeaker.
Not too big, not too small. Just perfect. They are glorious and spectacular. Not that any of the other speakers in their line aren’t but these are just so special.
Makes you want to sit down, listen and take it all in. Very musical.
Easy to place and they sing like nobody’s business. They enjoy every type of music you throw at them. Never reaching, never straining and never fatiguing. Soundstage, clarity and dynamics, they have it all.
Also aesthetically pleasing with their matching stands and superb wood finishes. I’ll take them all.
Excuse me while I get back to listening to my Grant Green - Idle Moments

Stunningly beautiful, need oomphy amplification to sing, then they soar. ,

Hi S.U., still plan to put pen to paper / keyboard to screen to document listening impressions, but the Corallos are gorgeous, causing sleep deprivation and shock and awe at what I'm hearing. Either they are breaking in further, my ears are, or both (smart money is on the latter). Listening to Sonny Rollins's St Thomas on LP12 and, well, right now, I'm not sure what more I could want. OK, if the mind wanders, I'm Naim SN2, and I'd love to hear these... or Ambras... or Premios... on a 252/300DR/SCDR/Fraim amp. These speakers make one think about the art of voicing a speaker, and why a good job tends to take years. They are making me rethink a lot of my notions about PRaT and how you get there; many roads lead to Rome.
